Beef & Corn Tortilla Wraps
Ingredients List
• 1 pack (6 count) Old El Paso™ Tortilla Wraps
• 1 jar (312g) Old El Paso™ Chunky Salsa Dip (Mild)
• 500g Lean ground beef
• 250g Canned sweetcorn (drained)
• 40g Red bell pepper, finely diced
Preparation Method
1. Brown the Meat: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Carefully drain off any excess liquid.
2. Sauté the Vegetables: Add the corn and diced red pepper to the skillet with the beef. Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes.
3. Finish the Filling: Remove the lid and stir the mixture well. Continue cooking for another 2 minutes until the beef is fully cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
4. Warm the Tortillas: Heat the tortillas according to the instructions provided on the packaging.
5. Assemble: Evenly distribute the meat mixture onto the center of each warm tortilla. Top each portion with 2 tablespoons of the salsa dip.
6. Fold and Serve: Roll the tortillas tightly from the bottom, tucking in the sides as you go. Secure each wrap with a toothpick if necessary.
